Pressed from the leccino, muraiolo, frantoio, and pendolino olives in the later part of October, this sweet, fruity oil has beautiful fresh aromas of fresh tomato and herbs with a hint of apple and pear. 

This perfectly balanced oil is creamy and balanced, tasting of sweet almond with delicate fruity notes and a mild pepper finish.  Great for dipping with a crusty baguette or drizzling over warm pasta or polenta.
